Healing After Heartbreak Trauma -Informed Coaching helps you break free from patterns that are no longer serving you and build self-worth with practical tools for lasting change. Together, we’ll focus on building confidence, recognising and implementing healthy boundaries, and identifying red flags without feeling guilt or shame.

What's involved

Start by booking a free 15 Minute Discovery Call

A chance to discuss your needs and see if we are a good fit. There is no obligation to commit, but if you decide to move forward, you can schedule your next session with me directly or through the online booking system.

During the 60 minute Sessions

This will be focused on helping you break emotional patterns and shift unhealthy cycles.

 

Every session gives you actionable steps to take, with a focus on practical, lasting change.

My Approach

I work with women who feel ready to move forward after Counselling,  who want to change long standing emotional patterns and feel more secure, connected, and confident. We will focus on the emotional impact of traumatic relationships, toxic dynamics, coercive control, divorce, past domestic abuse and emotional abandonment, where unhelpful patterns have left you doubting yourself.

Using trauma-informed approaches like Polyvagal Theory and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), we will identify and interrupt the automatic responses that keep you stuck. We may also explore trauma bonding and attachment patterns that affect your trust, boundaries, and self-worth.

This coaching is action-oriented, offering practical tools and strategies to build self-awareness, regulate emotional responses, feel safer in your body, and trust your instincts again. My approach is collaborative, with between-session support available through coaching packages. Each session gives you clear steps toward creating healthier, more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others.

Pay in Full: £800 

Payment Plan: £350 per month for 3 months

10 x 60-Minute Sessions Package

Pay in Full: £1,320 

Payment Plan: £425 per month for 4 month

All coaching packages include WhatsApp support between sessions. This added value allows you to stay accountable, get additional guidance, and stay motivated as you apply the strategies discussed in your sessions.
