From Survival to Safety

Gentle, supportive spaces for women who want to better understand how trauma and attachment experiences may be shaping their present — and begin to reconnect with self-worth, boundaries, and emotional safety.
NEW: Free One-Off Trauma-Informed Workshops for Women

These one-off, 90-minute workshops are designed for women who have experienced trauma — whether rooted in childhood, relationships, or environments that have felt unsafe. Each session offers psychoeducation, grounding tools, and a compassionate, non-pathologising space for reflection and growth.

Upcoming Free Workshops:

Boundaries Without Guilt
Explore how trauma can make saying “no” feel unsafe, and learn how to begin setting boundaries in a way that feels empowering and manageable.

Reclaiming Self-Worth
Understand how attachment wounds and survival strategies can erode self-worth and explore how to gently reconnect with your sense of value.

Why You Freeze or Fawn
A nervous system-informed look at the freeze and fawn responses,  what they are, how they protect you, and how to slowly move toward safety and choice.

You Are Not Too Much
A validating space for those who’ve been labelled “too sensitive” or “too emotional.” We’ll explore the emotional legacy of trauma and how to begin softening shame.
