FREE One-off Trauma-Informed for Women

These one-off, 90-minute workshops are designed for women who have experienced trauma — whether rooted in childhood, relationships, or environments that have felt unsafe.

Each session offers psychoeducation, grounding tools, and a compassionate, non-pathologising space for reflection and growth.

*Coming Autumn 2025*
Upcoming FREE Workshops for Women

"Boundaries Without Guilt"
Explore how trauma can make saying “no” feel unsafe, and learn how to begin setting boundaries in a way that feels empowering and manageable.

"Reclaiming Self-Worth"
Understand how attachment wounds and survival strategies can erode self-worth and explore how to gently reconnect with your sense of value.

"Why You Freeze or Fawn"
A nervous system-informed look at the freeze and fawn responses,  what they are, how they protect you, and how to slowly move toward safety and choice.

"You Are Not Too Much"
A validating space for those who’ve been labelled “too sensitive” or “too emotional.” We’ll explore the emotional legacy of trauma and how to begin softening shame.
