During the 50 minute Session
Together, we will explore how trauma has shaped you, helping you break unhelpful patterns and build emotional resilience.

In our sessions, we will explore how emotional distress from the past has shaped your emotions, relationships, and sense of self. My approach is both compassionate and strong, I hold space for you until you feel ready to hold it for yourself. Counselling with me isn’t just about talking; it’s about understanding your story, breaking unhelpful cycles, and creating meaningful change.
Painful past experiences can keep you stuck in survival patterns like self-doubt, emotional disconnection, or difficulty trusting others. Integrating Polyvagal Theory with trauma-informed approaches, including Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), I will support you to regulate emotional responses, calm reactivity, and build a sense of safety within yourself. Healing means moving beyond survival, reshaping emotional patterns, and learning to respond to life with greater clarity and confidence.

How to Book
In person and online sessions are available at:
£65 for 50min
(Evening appointments occasionally available at an additional cost.)
Packages can be booked at a small discount:
£370 for 6 50min sessions
£600 for 10 50min sessions
(These do not apply to evening sessions which incur an additional charge)
